Business enhancement tools (identifying, analysing, choosing and implementing business opportunities) 3. Management tools - the main focus being the management of people and processes 4. To Management: An understanding of the need for and a tools needed for competitiveness and profitability enhancement. The confidence to apply these tools and on-course experience in applying them and seeing hard results. To the Business: Increased profitability, through refocused, confident management. THE DETAILS Methodology: A series of 5 hands-on modules with direct workplace application between modules. Participants: Lower - middle management. Programme Duration: The course extends over 5 2-day contact sessions, one to two weeks apart, with practical application of ideas between contact sessions. |
