THE DETAILS

Methodology:
A series of 5 hands-on modules with direct workplace application between modules.

Participants: Lower - middle management.

Programme Duration: The course extends over 5 2-day contact sessions, one to two weeks apart, with practical application of ideas between contact sessions.
