Sadly, many small business staff have little understanding of this potential value- or the tools to maximise it.

THE PROGRAMME
As with Team Business itself, the SMME version provides all staff with an applied understanding of business fundamentals, your business and their value-adding role in making it more successful. Where it differs is that part II of the programme focuses solely on how to identify profit-maximising opportunities through serving current customers better, finding new customer groups, identifying new product/service opportunities and cost-reduction options.
